Puahi's Mission Statement

With the blessings of God and with the grace, strength, and dignity of the Polynesian dance, it is my goal to present to my haumana (students) the pure love of the Polynesian culture. It is important to respect every aspect of the dance and make it meaningful. To encourage respect and love, I want each and every one of my haumana to enjoy the dance with their heart, body, and soul.

2008 Upcoming Performances

Our 2008 Ho'ike is tentatively scheduled for December 7th. More information to follow.

Disneyland will take place in either January or February 2009. More information to follow.

2008 Puahi News

Puahi's Polynesian Dancers competes up with Halau Napunaheleonapua in the King Kamehameha Hula Competition in June 2008. Puahi's competed in both Hula Kahiko, Hula Auana, Hula Couples Auana & Hula Couples Kahiko.
